At North County Christ the King Community Church we believe we have one of the most incredible teams ever assembled. We are executing the most important assignment ever given to a group of people. We have been commissioned by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to make disciples by reaching out to unchurched, secular and irreligious people.
Our goal is to give every person on our team an opportunity to live out their spiritual passion to the maximum degree while they work supportively and effectively with the many other people who God has placed here. If you enjoy fast, intense and challenging work that depends on many people doing their jobs well all at the same time then you will probably thrive here at North County Christ the King Community Church.
We consider each staff person at NCCTK a representitive of the church in the community. Therefore, it is important that every person working for or considering working for NCCTK understand that we hold ourselves to a high standard as to our personal behavior on the job and off.
