Todd RawlsTodd Rawls

Executive Pastor

Todd was born and raised in Bellingham and graduated from Western Washington University in 1992. Two years later he met his wife Tammy and received Christ during a church service and altar call at Christ the King Church. From that point the journey of transformation began, starting with serving as a greeter, then as a small group host and leader, to elder and treasurer on the NCCTK council for four years and volunteering as the Everson Campus Pastor.

All through this time of transformation, Todd was also blessed with a business career of progressive and advancing responsibility. First as a certified public accountant, then holding several financial controller positions, leading ultimately to the position of Chief Operating and Financial Officer of a high growth, multi-national company for 12 years. It was in the spring of 2008 that the moment of choice came – would life continue to be about a business career or a move into full time ministry? Through a series of events, moments with God and the support of Tammy and two sons (Noah and Tyler), he made the decision to accept the Executive Pastor position at NCCTK and continue as the Everson Campus Pastor. What a blessing it has been!

In the role of Executive Pastor, Todd oversees the financial, human resources, information technology and general operations of NCCTK. He also has a heart for teaching and counseling on money management using God’s principles. If you are feeling financially challenged please know that I am here to provide help.
