Global P.E.A.C.E.
Globally we partner in strategic places with dynamic leaders who are dedicated to reaching their nation for Christ. Our global focus areas are: China, India, Germany, Jordan, Macedonia and Haiti.
Why these nations? These nations were chosen because of their significance in reaching un-reached people groups. These are areas of great influence that, without the knowledge of Christ, will have detrimental effects on the world. We are poised at the ready, waiting for people who are yet to come.
Canada
Church Planters
In Canada, just across the border, there are thousands of people who don't know the truth. There is a God in Heaven who loves them and sent His Son to die for them, that they may spend eternity with Him. Through Christ the King church plants many have come to know Christ and many more will be saved.

China
Moses Tey and Dr. David Tey with Campus Crusade for Christ
China's rate of economic development puts it in line to be the next global super power in 20 years. I know that this strikes fear in some of our minds but wouldn't it be great if we were able to rejoice at this prospect? What if China was the strongest Christian Nation this World had ever seen? Wouldn't you want that nation as the next super power? That is why we are headed to China because this is our chance to make a huge impact on the future and in the lives of the Chinese people. Already many Chinese have committed to launching 1 million missionaries into the world and the best part is that many Chinese people can go places Americans can't. Not only are we working to impact the live of the Chinese and bring them into eternity with God, but we are investing in our future and helping to mobilize 1 million Chinese believers to reach the parts of the world that we can not. Now that makes sense!

India
Alex and Cherry Halsey with YWAM Lonavala
India is one of the most densely populated nations in the world. India is home to a plethora of religions but only 2% of the population knows the one true God and those that do often don't have the training and understanding of who God is to realize that they need to put their other religious beliefs aside and only worship Christ. That is why we are working with and supporting Alex and Cherry Halsey, our missionaries to India. Alex is a bible teacher who trains Indians to read and understand what the Bible is saying. In turn these lay leaders go home and teach others in their Church and village how to think inductively and how to read what the Bible actually says. These lay leaders have a great opportunity to reach those foreigners could not and they have the opportunity to begin to rise up generations of believers who can stand on the truth of the word of God against the lies of the enemy and false religions.

Germany
YWAM Hernhut
The Crusades are on again; only this time we are fighting with prayer and evangelism from Germany, Hernhut to be exact. Hernhut is where the Moravian Mission movement began and lasted for 100 years; it is now home to a YWAM base committed to taking Germany and the rest of Western Europe back for Christ. Right now this mission is in the beginning stages praying fervently for a release of the Spirit and the right time to evangelize Germany for the harvest. YWAM Hernhut is also training missionaries and preparing it's facility to accommodate the harvesters when the time comes. North County Christ the King wants to be there when the time comes and we want to help pray in the harvest now.

Macedonia
Ryan Smith
Macedonia, though a small country once part of Yugoslavia, can have a huge impact on Eastern Europe. Our contacts, Slave Velesanov and Ryan Smith are dynamic church planters who are dedicating the next 20 years to planting 100 churches. Slave and Ryan are committed to showing people that there is a God who cares about us and our lives and who wants us to live in a righteous manner so that we all can prosper and give glory to Him. He is not a God that demands bribes or retribution but one that turns the other cheek and one that forgives. Our God is also one that provides for the needs of the poor. Slave and Ryan are showing these aspects of Christ to Macedonians by starting churches that see great forgiveness from past atrocities and starting Christian businesses that provide jobs for those who are unemployed due to former communist rule. We want to stand with Slave, Ryan and the 100 pastors that they will raise up to show Eastern Europe that God has not forgotten them.

Middle East
North County Christ the King Church is dedicated to seeing the good news of the gospel proclaimed in word and deed to all nations. Many NCCTK members have traveled to the Middle East and have sat with the poor physically and the poor in spirit. We know the the pain caused by false teachings and hear the cry of the widow and orphan.
We have brought hope in the form of food boxes, scholarships for school and medical care. We have brought warmth to homes in the form of blankets and heaters and we have connected people to a message of hope and healing.
NCCTK’s current project in the Middle East is purchasing a Community Center property for a village church. The community center would be the only thing of it’s kind in a village of about seven thousand people. It would be a coffee shop, playground, training facility for community health education, a safe house for battered and abused women. In essence it would become the center of village life and a great witness of the love and provision of God.
Haiti
New Generation Ministries (
http://www.
Mike and Chris Leland, founders of New Generation Ministries USA and New Generation Haiti Canada, have always had a heart for the poor and the orphans, and Haiti in particular. After having 5 children of their own, they adopted number 6 from Haiti 20 years ago. They raised the first 6 children to be responsible young Christian adults, and then they, (in their 50ճ), felt called again to adopt three young Haitian siblings, just a few years ago. These new children are adjusting to American family life well, and are now ages 2, 5, and 7.
Sometime during this process, Mike had a dream to go to Haiti and start an orphanage. We wanted to create a safe place where some of these precious children that would not ever be adopted, could grow up healthy and nourished and educated. We started in a small house, about the size of your living room with 20 children off the streets, with no parents or guardians. We partnered with a local Haitian Pastor named Nathan Chariot.
Our orphanage and headquarters is in Marose, Haiti. We have now grown to an orphanage of 40 orphaned children, and are eagerly awaiting the completion of our new orphanage facility. We employ all local Haitian helpers, care givers, teachers, and even contractors.
It has been an amazing journey of trusting and following after God in this way, knowing that at times we have been way over our heads, but He has always proved faithful to us, and this ministry, and He continues to walk with us as we endeavor to reach out to the lost and the poor and the orphan in Haiti.
- Prayer and spiritual leading, selectively bring homeless / at risk children / orphans into the Good Shepherd Orphanage.
- Provide a holistic care for children to meet the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well being of each child.
- Create a structure of community that will provide them all needed ingredients to grow up in the way God would desire ie: Orphanage, School, Church, and Medical Care Clinic, vocation, and gifts.
- Open up this structure to the surrounding community, to expand and give witness to others of the love and grace of God.
- Orphanage: Let the orphanage be a witness to the community by the health of its members and by reaching out to serve its neighbors.
- School: Allow other neighboring children to attend school and receive a free meal and Christian-based education.
- Church: Being the center of the ministry and offering to the surrounding community a life-giving church that is open and reaching out to help the people.
- Medical Care Clinic: Open the doors of a free Medical Care Clinic to serve and educate its neighbors.
Starfish Ministries
Haiti, now considered a 5th world country by the world bank because of it's inability to change no matter how much money or aid is dumped into the country, is going to be taken back from the Devil and rededicated to Christ. How? For our part we are going to work with Starfish Ministries, an organization that plants churches, schools and care for orphans. Right now Starfish Ministries cares for about 110 orphans and has approximately 3,500 children enrolled in their Christian schools who they also feeds 5 days a week. This is the way you change a nation by educating and converting it's children. The next generation of Haiti will know the one true God and will know how to turn their country around. We are not giving up on Haiti and we will see it come from being the poorest nation in the western hemisphere to a nation changed by it's children.

What Does This Mean For Me?
What does our involvement look like for this body of believers? It means that it is time for us to get involved. We will be doing mission trips, adopting missionaries and sending out 10-15 full time missionaries in the next 10 years. We want to do our part in prayer, in financial support and in physical labor so that when we begin our time in eternity we do see the throne of God and Jesus Christ the Lamb surrounded by multitudes of people from every tongue, tribe and nation.
Without you evil wins! With you the world gets changed! Are you ready to take the world?
