Online Giving Security

NCCTK uses an online system called Fellowship One. Their system allows us to provide access to your contribution records and allows you to make donations online. They provide all of the security for the system. This system is used by some of the largest churches in the nation and provides the latest security.

There are two aspects of security related to the system. First, Fellowship One provides data security using the latest security technology. The following statement is from their security documentation: Fellowship One uses the strongest encryption products to protect customer data and communications. All data transferred over the network uses SSL encryption backed by 128-bit GeoTrust digital certification. Users can only access Fellowship One with a valid username, password and church code combination, which are encrypted via SSL while in transmission and encrypted within the database as well. All data entered into and stored within Fellowship One by a customer is owned by that customer. That means no one, not even Fellowship Technologies employees, has access to your data unless authorized by you.

The second aspect of security relates to account creation. When you first create a new account in the system, you will be able to donate immediately, but you will not have access to any previous contribution information. Before that can happen, we must manually link your previous information to the account you created.

In order to verify the authenticity of the account request, we will ensure that all of your data matches our current records (e.g., address, phone number, and email address). If there is any question, we will contact you via email before creating the link. Since this is a manual process, we will perform these steps approximately once a week, but if you would like to speed up this process, you can send an email to @ncctk.com.

When you create your account, you will determine your own login id and password. If you forget your login id or password, you can have the system email it to you by entering the email address that you used when you created your account. If you need help or cannot remember the email address you used, you can contact us at . You can also change your password at any time.

Your login id will only be available to you.  Please help us keep your information safe by protecting your login information. Access to sensitive personal and financial information can be gained by letting someone else use your account or by leaving the information for someone else to see. NCCTK will never call you to ask for your login information.

Privacy Policy
At North County Christ the King, we make it a priority to honor your privacy and confidentiality. Information given by your consent will only be used by NCCTK. At no time will we share your data, including email addresses, with any other organization. We may occasionally notify you via email of important activities and announcements. You can let us know at any time if you'd rather not have your contact information used in this way.

When collecting sensitive information such as credit card numbers and online giving information, the highest possible internet encryption software is used to secure your data. When you see the Pad Lock symbol, you will know you have entered a secured area where encryption measures have been taken to ensure the safety and privacy of your information.

If you have any questions about our privacy policy, please e-mail

Refund Policy
At North County Christ the King Church it is our policy to provide full refunds as we are able. Refund dates will vary by activity and will be clearly posted. Exceptions and/or special considerations to these posted dates will be considered on a case by case basis.
